Coach Jen has 24 years of coaching experience.

Coach Jen worked for Julie Shackford at Princeton University summer camp. Also worked for Dr. Robert Horn from Adeptico

Coach Jen worked at Princeton Day School (PDS) in Princeton, NJ from 2009-2010 as the Middle School Soccer Coach, JV Basketball Coach, Middle School Softball Coach and JV Soccer Coach. Ran the PDS Soccer Summer Programs in 2008 and 2009.

Coach Jen was the JV Girls Soccer Coach at the Peddie School in Hightstown from 2002-2005 and worked at the Peddie Soccer Academy Camp from 2002-2006. Other coaching positions she held at Peddie were Varsity Softball Coach and JV Basketball Coach.

Coach Jen started the Varsity Girls Soccer Program at Ridgefield Park Jr./Sr. H.S. in Ridgefield Park, NJ in 2001.
Coach Jen ran the Recreational Professional Training for Lawrence Hamnett, East Windsor PAL and Hamilton Township in the fall of 2011. In 2012, ran REC training in East Windsor PAL and Hamilton Township.

Playing Experience: Goalkeeper at the University of Richmond (D1), VA for 2 years. Starting goalkeeper for the Inaugural Season at Richmond in 1996. Transferred to Cornell University (NY) and was an Assistant Coach/GK Coach for the Varsity Girls Soccer Team at Ithaca H.S. West Windsor Plainsboro H.S. Goalkeeper. Wycoff Torpedos and UNSA club teams.

Honors Received As A Player: All State (NJ), All Conference (CVC), All County (Mercer), Player of the Year (Trentonian), ODP Regional Pool Player (Region 1), a 4 Year Varsity Starter and a 2 Year Varsity Captain while attending West Windsor Plainsboro H.S. Meet our Staff

Courtney Stanley

Personal and Small Group Trainer, Goalkeeper Coach

Coach Courtney graduated from Wilkes University in May 2019 with a degree in Special Education. Teacher since Fall 2019 at the Sharon School in Robbinsville. Coach Courtney played four years for the Division III Wilkes Women’s Soccer team. As a Junior she broke the school shutout record and holds it now at 12. She was 2nd Team All Conference for the Lady Colonels and led them to an NCAA tournament bid. She was Nationally ranked in the following areas throughout the season: Goals Against Average: 29 out of 300, Goalie Minutes Played 21 out of 200, Save Percentage 140 out of 300. Coach Courtney received MAC Honor Roll Honors for her strong acadmics all 3 years at Wilkes.
She graduated from Steinert High School where she played soccer all four years. Coach Courtney made varsity as a junior and was captain her senior year. She has played travel since the age of 8 starting with the Wildcats and finishing her travel career with PSA. She was a member of JET while playing over summer.
Coach Courtney currently holds her ‘F’ license. In summer 2018 she coached the JET Force 2008 girls team. She conducts personal training for field players and goal keepers has assisted with goalie training for JET and outside clubs. Coach Courtney is a coach for JET’s beginner soccer program, Kai’s Kickers, and has helped run the summer soccer program at Little Friends school.

Leah Shaw

Team Trainer, Personal and
Small Group Trainer

Coach Leah played soccer at Ursinus College as a center midfielder and forward. In her senior year she was recognized as a Second Team All Centennial Conference Midfielder. She currently holds an E license. She previously was an Assistant Coach for Jet Extreme and Mayhem (U12G), Summer 2013. Summer 2015 she was the Head Coach of the U13G JET Vipers. 2017-2019, she was the Head Coach of the JET Fusion 2003G Team and Assistant Coach for the JET Flames 2000G Team.

Coach Leah is the head coach of the 8-10 year old group for Kai’s Kickers.

Her coaching philosophy is to emphasize teamwork, and curiosity and passion for the game. She encourages confidence on and off the field. She emphasizes technical skills, while also ensuring that players have the ability to read the game.

Andrea Rago

Personal and Small Group Trainer

Coach Andrea has been involved with soccer for about 13 years, playing on both club and school teams. She was a four year varsity starter and was captain for Hamilton High School West her senior year, demonstrating leadership both on and off the field. While at West, Coach Andrea received the team leadership award, was a state soccer award recipient, a mercer county select player and received honorable mention three times from The Trentonian. Coach Andrea continued her soccer career at Ramapo College of New Jersey and also played college lacrosse there.

Coach Andrea holds a National “E” License. Coach Andrea is in her third year as the Head Coach for the U16G Summer Select JET Vipers team. Coach Andrea was previously the Assistant Coach for the JET Cobras U15G from 2012-2014. She currently trains the EW Evolution U12G. She has trained the Bordentown Cosmos U11B, the BOM Heartbreakers U14G, and the West Windsor Pride U16G. She also does one on one training sessions within the club and takes on team training opportunities as they arise.

Coach Andrea specializes in defense but can teach any position on the field. She believes that an important key to success in soccer is fitness. She tries to incorporate fitness and fun into each drill when training.

Kelsey Holt

Small Group Trainer

Coach Kelsey was an outside-midfielder for Rowan University Women’s Soccer Team. She graduated in December 2022 with a degree in K-12 Health and Physical Education. She is currently employed at Lawrence High School and is the Girl’s Assistant Varsity Soccer Coach. She is a well-versed player with experience in all positions on the field including outside-midfield, outside-defense, and forward. She is a graduate from Lawrence High School where she played Varsity all four years, as well as claimed a captain’s position her junior and senior year. While at Lawrence, Kelsey was a Mercer 33 player in her senior year and a CVC honorable mention. She also achieved top 20 player recognition for the central region her senior year. Coach Kelsey is a JET Alumni who played on the JET Fury team through high school.

Raya Mount

Kai’s Kickers Trainer, One on One Trainer

Coach Raya graduated from Ursinus College, where she played center mid for the Bears. She is now a Physical Education teacher at Kreps Middle School where she also coaches soccer and basketball.  She was a double major in health exercise and physiology and education.   On her school breaks she worked as a day care teacher and also works as a camp counselor during the summer. Coach Raya has been playing soccer since she was 2 years old and is still involved in the game since graduating. During her time at Hightstown H.S. she was awarded Mercer 33 twice, All State twice, named one of the top 15 midfielders in Central Jersey, and a captain for 2 years. She played for JET thru H.S. and was a 3 time captain of the JET Flames. She is a coach for Kai’s Kickers and a one on one trainer.

Morgan Papp

Coach Morgan is a recent graduate from The College of New Jersey where she received her Bachelors in Marketing. After playing sports from a young age and all throughout high school at Bordentown Regional, she continued her athletic career at Mercer County Community College as a basketball player and received her Associates in Sports Marketing. As a former JET Fury player, she is excited to get back on the soccer field and inspire the youth with her knowledge and love of sports.

Gina Herrera

Team Trainer, Small Group Trainer

Coach Gina has been involved with soccer for the past 18 years as a player and a coach. She started her coaching career at the age of 14 volunteering as an assistant coach for a U11 Hibernian Boys team. She then went on as a camp counselor for children ages 5-10 at Bob Smith Soccer School from Spring 2002 until Summer 2009. After college, Gina moved to North Carolina and was the head coach of the WCWAA U9G Galaxy while also training various youth teams within the WCWAA program. Since moving back to NJ, she has started with JET at the beginning of 2013 and acquired her State “F” License through the program. She was the head coach for the JET Fury U15G team for 2013-2014 Inaugural Season and coached them until they retired in 2016. She currently coaches the U19G JET Flames. She was the Assistant for the U13G JET Xtreme Mayhem in summer 2013. Coach Gina also trains the EWPAL Wildcats 2009G and coached the JET Summer Select Force 2008G. She runs several of our clinics and small group sessions, including our Toddler Soccer Landon’s Hat Trickers.

As a player, Gina played college soccer at Philadelphia University (DII), primarily as a defender. For travel and high school, she was a Hamilton Hibernian for her entire club soccer career and a 2 year varsity starter at Steinert High School. Her junior year at Steinert, the team was ranked 3rd in the area, Top 20 in State Regular Season and the Undefeated CVC Champions. She was awarded Trentonian First Team All-CVC, Trenton Times Second Team All-CVC, All-State Honorable Mention and Hibernian Athletic Assoc. Senior Soccer 11 recognition. She also participated in the Mercer County Senior All-Star Team Invitational. In addition, Gina lettered in Track & Field at Steinert and earned several top 3 finishes in the 3200, including a third place medal at the Mercer County Freshman/Sophomore Meet.

Gina played as a Hibernian from 1996-2004, primarily as a center or outside midfielder and was a co-captain from 2000-2004. The Hibernian Heartbreakers were the 2003 Spring MOSA Premier Division Champs, 2002 Spring MOSA Premier 2nd Place, 2000 Spring MOSA National 1 2nd Place & 2000 Spring SJGSL Division Champs as well as being honored with a multitude of tournament titles dating back to 1999.

 

Ethan Beauchemin

Coach Ethan is currently a senior at Bordentown Regional High school where he has just committed to play soccer in college at Albright College for Fall 2024 (see announcement below).  He completed his high school soccer career earning 2nd Team All Area and 2nd Team All Division Honors for Junior and Senior Year.  He started and led the team to back to back winning seasons.  He finished his junior season starting all 20 games gathering 111 saves getting All State honors while his team finished with a 15-4-1 record topping their group.  He has played club soccer for LFC International academy now for 5 years and growing up played for the JET Soccer boys soccer team.

Coach Ethan holds an F license and is conducting goalkeeper training for JET.  He hopes to bring enjoyment to the sport for all of these bright kids and push them to their peak performance level.

Taylor Mastropasqua

Kai’s Kickers Trainer, Small Group Trainer, One on One Trainer

Coach Taylor was a center-midfielder and captain for Mercer County Community College Women’s Soccer Team (2017-2019) before transferring to William Paterson University (2019-2022) to continue her academic and athletic career. She graduated in May 2022 with a degree in K-12 Health and Physical Education and holds a minor in Disability Studies. She is currently employed at West Windsor Plainsboro High School North and is the Girl’s Assistant Varsity Soccer Coach. While at Mercer, Coach Taylor received the National Women in Sports Award for her leadership, involvement in the school community, and dedication to the athletics program. She is a well-versed player with experience in all positions on the field including attacking and defensive center midfield, center defense, and forward. She is a graduate from Hightstown High School where she played Varsity all four years. While at Hightstown Taylor was a Mercer 33 player in her senior year and a CVC honorable mention. Coach Taylor is a JET Alumni who played on the JET Fury team through high school. She is currently a coach for JET’s beginner soccer program, Kai’s Kickers, and is a one-on-one and small group trainer for JET.

Liz Martin

Coach Liz has been playing soccer since she was 5 years old. At 10 years old, she began her career as a goalkeeper, and started training with Coach Jen at age 12. Coach Liz played starting keeper on all her travel teams, while also playing for her high school. At Lawrence High School, Coach Liz expanded her soccer skills by playing outside back on the team. Not only was Coach Liz a versatile soccer player, but also a diverse athlete. She was part of her high school’s swim team, which went on to win 3 CVC championships (2011, 2012, 2014). She joined Jen’s coaching staff at 18 years old.

If not for her ACL injury, Coach Liz was recruited to play goalie for Division 1. Despite the injury setback, Coach Liz healed and went on to play starting keeper at the College of Mount Saint Vincent in the Skyline Conference for all 4 seasons (2014-2017). She was known as a tenacious, assertive sweeper-keeper, maintaining a high line and pushing her team forward, facing opponents head-on. As a senior, Coach Liz served as Captain and received MVP for the 2017 season, and led the team to wins and shutouts throughout her Dolphin career.

Coach Liz became a member of the athletic honor society and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Biology. Later, she attended Holy Family University’s 14-month accelerated nursing program to graduate with her BSN. Currently, Coach Liz is BLS and ACLS certified and working as a nurse.

Coach Liz’s goal as a coach is to help players achieve their potential by putting them through a competitive and challenging routine. She aims to help all players perfect and advance their skills, especially goalkeepers, with her years of experience to aid developing players. Currently Liz is doing one on one training for goalkeepers and is a Coach for Kai’s Kickers.
